TPSG was formed in 2005 when Steve Turner purchased the assets of the property services division of Larry Stein Realty. Having served as the president of this division that was formed in the 1980’s, Steve retained all of the staff and the long list of clientele. Since that time, Steve has strategically grown the company adding personnel whose expertise complement the existing team of professionals and expanding the resources available to our clients. 

This strategic plan has resulted in growth of our management portfolio of over 30%.
