In our commitment to education and certification for our Property Managers, we recently sent Mark Sinex, Sean Turner, Jerry Green and Jack Turner to attend courses in Marketing and Leasing of Office Buildings and Human Resources Essentials for Real Estate Managers.  These courses will provide education toward a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation for these team members.  Turner Property Services already has three designated CPM’s who are part of our Senior Management Team.

We are pleased to announce the following additions and promotions to our team of over 50 professionals:

-          Sean Turner has joined the firm as Assistant Vice President.  For the past five years he held the position as Project Manager with Toll Brothers in Chicago.  Initially he has been assigned to assist with the management of the Maintenance Division and Project Management.

-          Bruce Reger, Senior Property Manager, has been promoted to Vice President and is in charge of a team of Property Managers and a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of office buildings.

-          Dave Zickgraf, Director of Maintenance, has been promoted to Vice President in charge of the Maintenance Services Division, which consists of a team of over 30 personnel.

-          Jack P. Turner, who joined the firm three years ago in the maintenance division, has been promoted to assist in the Property Management Division.
