OUR EDUCATION IS NEVER COMPLETE!

Two of our Associates, Bruce Reger and Susan Considine have chosen to deepen their knowledge and enhance the value they bring to our clients by attending and passing the first of the CCIM courses.

CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, is a designation achieved through a stringent course of study. As the CCIM website states, “…a designation curriculum that covers essential CCIM skill sets including ethics, interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.”

The first course is an overview of these topics with the following courses delving into more detail and honing the skills taught through practical and real life demonstrations. Bruce and Susan found the process both challenging and rewarding.

Bruce commented, “This industry is always on the move. You have to move with it or be left behind. It’s exciting and gratifying to broaden our skills and focus on the investors’ perspective.” Susan agreed, “We have an obligation to stay current with our industry–to serve our clients with the highest level of expertise. The CCIM courses provide an opportunity to do just that.”
