A team of over 29 experienced technicians including journeymen and apprentices that maintains the suburban commercial properties and central business district downtown properties.

  • - Journeymen assigned a Turner PSG 4-wheel drive ¾ ton pick up truck with snow plow and salt spreader.
  • - Equipped with the necessary tools, ladders, etc.
  • - Prompt response using wireless work order dispatch system with individually assigned Sprint Blackberrys.
  • - Work orders tracked accurately with our Service Management System that enables us to provide on-call and scheduled maintenance as well as preventive maintenance services. Our reporting function allows us to provide our clients details and analysis of maintenance and repairs that are used for analysis and benchmarking.
